1. How food is grown?

Food is grown from land. Land has nutrients. It is made by nature. The one that gives life to land is RAIN. Rain is not man-made. It is a blessing from the SKY. Our life depends on the SKY. We live on the surface of the land, but our life depends on the SKY. Without RAIN, no life. So, RAIN is the one that gives LAND, the nutrition. From Land, foods are grown. 


2. What are foods?

Foods are things that are made by nature. All grains, seeds, vegetables, fruits are called as FOODS. They take the nutrition from the land and store it in them. Every food has a different kind of energy in it. Every food is a combination of five elements, with one element more and one less. So, when we eat them, we tend to get the nutrition from them. FRUITS, ARE THE FOOD, COOKED BY NATURE. 

    3. What are not foods?

Too much chemically processed items are not foods.

Foods that are stored in refrigerator for longer periods of time are not foods, they turn into poison.

Cooked foods should be eaten not more than 6 hours of time. It is OK to eat in that particular day, but do not eat it the next day. Mostly try to avoid it. Cook less, eat the same day. STAY HEALTHY.

5. How to eat food?

  • Eat when you are hungry.
  • check for hunger.
  • Hunger is associated with stomach, whereas thirst is associated with spleen.

  • Eat consciously.
