Image
Hi, this blog is to make you understand that if you do meditation regularly for 90 days, your immune system will boost up. So, lets get started. Table of contents: 1. Meditation: what is that? 2. Immunity: what is that? 3. Meditation and Immunity connection: 4. what meditation should I follow? Lets jump into the topics. 1. Meditation: what is that? Meditation is a technology, I will say. Because, through this technology you can change everything. This technology involves focusing on particular thing for a longer period of time. This technology sharpens your concentration power, your focusing capacity, thereby your mind stop wandering places. Once, wandering stops, magic happens. Experience it, start meditating. The thing that we focus are not materialistic. They are all Godly. Say for example: focusing on the breathe, (here breathe is not made by man). Go for big things. For example, nature, universe, etc. You cannot put them inside a book. It is so big, you cannot even finish learnin...

what is mind?

Like body, mind is another tool given to us. It is such a powerful tool, when not handled properly, it will start handling us. From the concept of  Vipassana meditation, if we understand mind, there are two different types of mind. MIND 1 and MIND 2. MIND 1 is closely connected to the soul. It knows everything about life, birth, death and truth. MIND 2 is a man-made mind. It is made up of memories. Whatever we see, we hear, we learn everything constitutes MIND 2.  In meditation, we are giving this Mind 2, a job, to focus on something, thereby it slows down its wandering over places. Therefore, a state of peace is created. Similarly, a balance in mind will be achieved in vipassana meditation.  Once, there is a balance in the mind, there will be a balance in the body. Once there is balance in the body, there will be a confidence and clarity state, where you can figure out the possibilities to do things in life.

VIPASSANA Meditation

simple meditation - Vipassana meditation. Founder - Gautama, the BUDDHA.     One of the easiest and simplest form of meditation I have ever learned. I love to do vipassana meditation. Breathe is the key to turn inward. Close your eyes and focus on your breathe. Slowly, the breathe will teach a lots of things. By listening to the breathe we are turning towards the GOD, because BREATHE is a Blessing.        First thing I learned when I focused on my breathe was,  1. T here is a pause between inhalation and exhalation. 2. Breathe makes a friction at the place where it enters our nose, below our nostrils. 3. Breathe is not the same in both the nostrils, it differs from one another.
