hi all, Everyone wants to improve their life. But how?? By changing their lifestyles?? yes, may be. But, first they should start to Meditate. That is the only way they can evolve. So, to evolve further the key we have is meditation. we are going to learn 3 very simple but easy meditations in this blog. 1. Breathe: Breathe is a blessing. The air we breathe is not made by us. It is a blessing. We might have control over the food we eat and the water we drink. But, we cannot control air. So, it is a way to meditate. Following your breathe will take you to greater heights. So, first start focusing on your breathe. Go with your breathing. Simply focus on your breathe, that way you can slowly turn inward. First we have to understand that we are not this body, and we are not this mind. Body is a collection of five elements . Mind is a collection of memories. Memories have the capacity to either make us or break us . So, these are our tools and not us.  2. Mind is the place where we live: we live in our minds. So, if you are sad, your mind is occupied with all the saddest incidents of your life. They are just memories . KARMA - nothing more, nothing less.

we are responsible for our actions. Everything we do is being recorded by the universe mind. It generates structures for the activities we do. so, it was always advised by our elders TO DO GOOD , BE GOOD, HELP OTHERS.   All the positive activities will have beautiful structures, whereas all the non- positive activities have distorted or not so beautiful structures. But, this karma can be slowed down or can be rewritten through meditation.  During meditation, when someone is in a peaceful state, he produces no KARMA. Similarly, if someone gains clarity through meditation, he/she can escape from the previous karma, by attaining higher consciousness state.  We cannot decide everything, there is a superpower, which knows everything.

There is a basic ideology that meditation means looking inside yourself. Yes, it is. But, everyone wants to know, what will i get if i meditate? well there are numerous benefits you will get.  We have two tools to handle us. One is BODY and the other is MIND. Meditation trains the mind, it sharpens the concentrating power, there by focusing capacity is enhanced. Finally, mind is responsible for everything. So, diseases are not basically associated with the body. It is associated with the mind. If you know how to ride your mind, you will reach your destination in a calm and peaceful manner.

Evolving from human form to higher form.

We are humans. To evolve from this form, we need to focus. By focusing we can sharpen our consciousness. By sharpening our consciousness, we can understand that we are not the body, and we are not the mind. The key to evolve higher is MEDITATION.
