simple meditation - Vipassana meditation.

One of the easiest and simplest form of meditation I have ever learned. I love to do vipassana meditation. Breathe is the key to turn inward. Close your eyes and focus on your breathe. Slowly, the breathe will teach a lots of things. By listening to the breathe we are turning towards the GOD, because BREATHE is a Blessing.
First thing I learned when I focused on my breathe was,
1. There is a pause between inhalation and exhalation.
2. Breathe makes a friction at the place where it enters our nose, below our nostrils.
3. Breathe is not the same in both the nostrils, it differs from one another.
