"Meditation and Immunity" : Get clarity

Hi, this blog is to make you understand that if you do meditation regularly for 90 days, your immune system will boost up. So, lets get started.

1. Meditation: what is that?
Meditation is a technology, I will say. Because, through this technology you can change everything. This technology involves focusing on particular thing for a longer period of time. This technology sharpens your concentration power, your focusing capacity, thereby your mind stop wandering places. Once, wandering stops, magic happens. Experience it, start meditating.

The thing that we focus are not materialistic. They are all Godly. Say for example: focusing on the breathe, (here breathe is not made by man). Go for big things. For example, nature, universe, etc. You cannot put them inside a book. It is so big, you cannot even finish learning it. So, Go big, think big. 

2. Immunity: what is that?
Immunity is the body defense force against the unwanted enemies that enter our body. Body is nothing but collection of organs. Organs will fall under the category called elements. 5 elements and 12 organs are the important concept to understand and treat diseases in the most effective way. Acupuncture follows this concept.

 Immunity is the work of organ Kidney. The Adrenaline hormone stores energy from the food after repeated digestion process. The kidney's main function is to regenerate the life force from the waste products brought into them for elimination, thus kidneys are the functional units for Recycling the energy. This recycled energy is called IMMUNITY.

3. Meditation and Immunity connection:
Now coming to the connection, no one will agree without scientific proof. For that we must understand few things.

First we must know few terms: Cannabis, cannabinoids, Endocannabinoids.

Cannabis: a drug, like marijuana.
Cannabinoids: compounds founds in the psycoactive drug like weed.
Endocannabinoids: Neurotransmitters found in Central and peripheral Nervous system.

This cannabinoids can be produced internally(through meditation) and can be consumed externally(weed and other stuffs).

Now, by producing them internally, we are stimulating 230 genes that are responsible for immunity, study and research says.

Drugs will create hallucination.
Meditation will give you experience and the buoyancy will be different from hallucination.

This way by practicing meditation, we are promoting our immunity and getting stronger and healthier, both by mind and body.

4. what meditation should I follow?
Follow simple meditation.
Focusing on breathe for freshers.
Do the same thing for 5 minutes (3 times a day) - fresher
Increase time after practicing.
