Tools we have and how to handle it: Get clarity

Every one of us, You, me and the new-born child, everyone of us have come to this planet Earth with an Expiry date.

1. Tools:
We are given with two tools, to make our life, the way we want.
One is Body and the other is Mind.


First we have to understand that we are not this body, and we are not this mind.

Body is a collection of five elements. Mind is a collection of memories. Memories have the capacity to either make us or break us.

So, these are our tools and not us. 

2. Mind is the place where we live:
we live in our minds. So, if you are sad, your mind is occupied with all the saddest incidents of your life. They are just memories. Again, remember they are just memories, they have no power to destroy you, unless you allow it to..Similarly when you are happy, your mind is filled with happy memories. 

So, we have an immense power inside us. Because of these memories, we are ignoring our capacity. In order to understand your power, start ignoring your mind.. Wonders will happen.
we miss you, you should have lived longer, you should have not listened to all the demotivates.

3. How to handle mind?
Mind may handle you, by asking you to eat more, by asking you to ignore when you do wrong things and many more. 

Well, how long. Get motivated. Start handling your mind. But how?
There was always answers from our elders on how to handle mind. 

  • When you have too much Free time, your mind will be spoiled. 
  • When you watch too much movies, your mind will be polluted.
  • when you talk too much to negative persons, demotivates, your mind will slowly kill you.
Now, lets look for solution. Handling mind needs focus. Focus is the way of handling mind. Meditation is the key to handle mind. In meditation, Focus is the main aspect. 


4. Why everyone should meditate?
It is important to keep your mind clean and fresh. Only a clean mind has place for accepting or learning new stuffs. So, in order to keep it clean from bothering you, start focusing, in turn, start meditating. The process of meditation will take you to great places, because in meditation you are turning to infinite possibilities.


Let me teach you one simple meditation:
1. sit with your back straight.
2. close your eyes.
3. focus on your breathe.
4. Breathe is a blessing.
5. Focus on the blessing.
6. in turn, you are turning towards God.
7. continue for 5 minutes - 30 minutes.

Conclusion:
Stay mentally healthy. keep meditating. learn simple meditation practices. Learn to handle your mind or try to overcome it.
